THE PROCESS

Serving on the Tech Team is an opportunity to support the worship of our church through faithful, behind-the-scenes leadership. Every week, our Tech Team helps create an environment where the message of the gospel can be heard clearly and distractions are minimized. While much of this work happens out of sight, it plays a vital role in our services.

Members of the Tech Team are held to the same standards as those serving on stage. This includes a growing relationship with Jesus, reliability, and a commitment to serve with excellence and humility. Our desire is that every volunteer—whether running sound, lighting, cameras, or graphics—encourages one another and contributes to a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors or joins us online.
