What is DiscipleLife?
DiscijpleLife is a part of the Life Development Process of First Baptist
Church. This process is designed to empower Christians to become all that Christ meant for
them to become. As we move toward becoming all Christ intended us to be, we are better
equipped to fulfill the mission to which Christ has called each of us. We will be more
capable of Connecting
our Community to a Complete Life in Christ.
Fearless
Leadership
Insights into the Life of Joshua (men’s study) This study takes a
look at the Life of Joshua, the struggles and challenges he faced. Many of those struggles
are very similar to what men face today. Through the study you will be encouraged in how
to lead fearlessly and victoriously through all life brings your way.
The
Embraceable Mystery... God
God has many contrasting aspects of who He is. He is far more complex than we
could ever hope to understand fully. He is holy and mysterious, and yet as near and
personal as our dearest friend. Explore the puzzle of these contrasts as you deepen your
relationship with God.
Discerning
the Voice of God (women’s study)
Having a hard time knowing what God is saying versus what others are saying? This Bible
study from Priscilla Shirer is designed to help participants know the voice of God: His
language, character, and tone of voice. By growing closer to God through His Word,
participants will be able to discern God’s voice from the voice of strangers. There
wili be a Monday ni2ht ~roun at the home of Liz Morris and a Wednesday night group at the
church.

Peace University
